TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GoMoto Blog, Share, and Win Contest begins January 25, 2017 at 3:00:00 p.m. and ends March 31, 2017, 11:59:00 p.m. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 31, 2017 AT 11:59:00 p.m. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these official rules (“Official Rules”). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
OFFICIAL RULES
- To join, interested and aspiring bloggers must first “like” the GoMoto Facebook page.
- Entrants must then write a blog entry about GoMoto. The title and theme of the blog entry must be: “My GoMoto Experience.”
- Entrants should blog about GoMoto or their GoMoto Experience. They must write a creative and informative blog entry on their experiences using GO-SEND (courier / delivery service).
- Entrants must Tweet or post on their Facebook page a link to their blog entry, and tag GoMoto Philippines Facebook page or Twitter, and use the hashtag: #MyGoMotoStory example: “GoMoto is the only solution to beat the traffic in EDSA | Read my blog post about it at (link here) #MyGoMotoStory @GoMotoPH”
- Entrants will be given until March 31, 2017 to submit their entries, create links to their blog, and create noise for their entries.
- Blog entries will be shortlisted to 14 Finalists after the deadline of submission of entries on March 31, 2017.
- Only one (1) Grand prize winner, three (3) Special prize winners, and ten (10) Consolation prizes will be picked from the 14 Finalists. The winners will be selected through a combination of virality and content quality.
- This contest is open only to bloggers.
- Upon winning this contest, winner agrees to blog and promote the prizes will receive from our Sponsors: One Tagaytay Place, Cd-R King, Foodsource.ph, StyleGenie, 2ThePeak, and ShopMNL.
- Prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of GoMoto that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, GoMoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper, copy or steal the content (plagiarism), with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. Winners list Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. Winners’ names will be available online at www.gomoto.com.ph and on our Official Social Media accounts on or about March 3, 2017.
DATA PRIVACY
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and email address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by GoMoto in order to verify the entrant’s identity, postal address, and mobile number or to otherwise verify the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. Entrants have the right to access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal data held by GoMoto by writing an email to support@gomoto.com.ph. Personal data will be used by GoMoto and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
